General information

Please bear in mind that the pictures are taken close up and in a light box. Every screen is different and may change the colours slightly. Every item is handmade by me unless stated otherwise and I use natural gemstones or glass beads and so no two will be exactly the same.

In most cases I use an 18 inch chain. Please let me know if you need a longer or shorter chain or have any other queries. I will try to oblige!

Copper wire will oxidise in time and this is a naturally occurring process.

Earrings

Please note that I purchase hypoallergenic ear wires, however I am happy to change them for stainless steel if required. 

I can also alter most earrings to clip ons or shorter ear dangles. 

Postage and returns

I use Royal Mail tracked delivery for postage.

I am happy to receive returns within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
